Spectators: 7274 (Terracing: 5457, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eusebio Kelemen took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd match minute, Pozuelos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Baumar to maneuver through the defense. In the 4th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Elpidio Afonso hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. In the 8th minute Ignacio Garin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Darien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nereo Lawrence in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Camilo Darien saved Pozuelos from getting behind. Camilo Darien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Afonso in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pozuelos's goalkeeper Camilo Darien, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Justo Uxio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Ignacio Garin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cora's supporters rose to their feet, but Ignacio Garin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camilo Darien breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Pozuelos booed when Cora was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justo Uxio didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Eusebio Kelemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ignacio Garin kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute of the match Jonas Rufo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Moises Tuste showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Justo Uxio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Darien having to interfere. When Cora's Elpidio Afonso in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pozuelos's goalie prevented a goal. Pozuelos's Camilo Darien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justo Uxio in the 30th minute of play. When Elpidio Afonso came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Cora fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elpidio Afonso couldn't finish the play. 35 minutes into the game, Eusebio Franco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pozuelos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cora the free kick. In the 35th minute, Eusebio Franco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Justo Uxio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cora's Justo Uxio in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pozuelos's goalie prevented a goal. Eduardo Senin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Moises Tuste made a huge save. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Pozuelos's goalkeeper Camilo Darien, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Eusebio Franco was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 41 minutes had been played. Cora's Bonifacio Timo was substituted for Ignacio Garin. Nereo Lawrence sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Eduardo Senin fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pozuelos's protests and gave Eduardo Senin a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Pozuelos getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Eduardo Senin hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elpidio Afonso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Uxio in the 54th minute of play forced Pozuelos's goalkeeper Camilo Darien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bonifacio Timos short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Camilo Darien to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Pozuelos's Camilo Darien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Afonso in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute Nereo Lawrence shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Darien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Nereo Lawrence dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Camilo Darien, 0-2. Elpidio Afonso received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Camilo Darien came out and tried to block the shot, but Elpidio Afonso slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 66th minute. Cora's Nereo Lawrence was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 69th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. A collision led to Pozuelos getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Eduardo Senin hit a great ball. Eusebio Kelemen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Moises Tuste having to make a save. Justo Uxio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Camilo Darien tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Elpidio Afonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Justo Uxios short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Camilo Darien to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nereo Lawrence fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Darien having to interfere. Justo Uxio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Camilo Darien when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Cora's Bonifacio Timo got a free kick in the 87th minute. 90 minutes into the game, Nereo Lawrence recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Camilo Darien. Nereo Lawrence showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Camilo Darien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Lawrence in the 94th minute of the match. Nereo Lawrence recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Camilo Darien made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Justo Uxio sent off a good shot on target. The Pozuelos fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cora were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
