Gaston Torres might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Antonio Pello. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaston Torres ran back to his position shaking his head. Delmiro Dominguez kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 47th match minute, Churcal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dionisio Donostia to maneuver through the defense. Antonio Pello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilberto Jerano in the 48th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Churcal FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
