Everardo Dubardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Filipo in the 2nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victoriano Bela got free with Everardo Dubardo in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fausto Tirso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Dabi in the 5th minute of play. Fausto Tirso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Dabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Segundo Quexal in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fausto Tirso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Reynaldo Dabi scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fausto Tirso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fausto Tirso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Segundo Quexal's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. 22 minutes into the game, Eugenio Tartalo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Taken-Path's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rapelli FC the free kick. 22 minutes into the game, one of Taken-Path:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Rapelli FC a penalty, 23 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Reynaldo Dabi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Taken-Path's Fausto Tirso. 0-2. Esteban Guillen hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Severino Filipo hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Silvio Rius hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. When Rapelli FC's Segundo Quexal, in the 37th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Rapelli FC. Segundo Quexal spun around in front of the goal 39 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Taken-Path's goal. Taken-Path's Fausto Tirso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Txeru in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Emiliano Salomone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Taken-Path's zone, Emiliano Salomone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Tirso came out of the goal and Emiliano Salomone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 45 minutes into the match, Reynaldo Dabi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fausto Tirso. Taken-Path's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Reynaldo Dabi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Severino Filipo made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Taken-Path got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Rius. After having played for 52 minutes, Segundo Quexal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rapelli FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Segundo Quexal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fausto Tirso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angel Txeru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Taken-Path's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Reynaldo Dabi 57 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. 61 minutes into the match, Segundo Quexal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fausto Tirso. Taken-Path's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Segundo Quexal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. In the 67th minute Flavio Perfecto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Tirso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 69 minutes of play, Rapelli FC's Reynaldo Dabi made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fausto Tirso was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Silvio Rius fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Taken-Path's protests and gave Silvio Rius a yellow card for diving instead. After 72 played minutes Taken-Path got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Rius. After a rather tough play, Taken-Path's Gaudencio Aurre got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After having played for 75 minutes, Segundo Quexal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rapelli FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Segundo Quexal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Taken-Path's Fausto Tirso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Taken-Path from getting a goal against them. In the 79th minute, Segundo Quexal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rapelli FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. 83 minutes into the match, Taken-Path's goalkeeper Fausto Tirso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Segundo Quexal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Filipo in the 86th minute of play forced Rapelli FC's goalkeeper Everardo Dubardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavio Perfecto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Tirso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flavio Perfecto in the 88th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Taken-Path's goalkeeper Fausto Tirso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emiliano Salomone. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Flavio Perfecto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rapelli FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavio Perfecto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fausto Tirso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
