Rodolfo Boniel struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Victorino Seber didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RADDITZ. 22 minutes into the game, Jacobo Ihintza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gaspar Ioritz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Isidoro Aimar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Calderilla AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidoro Aimar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaspar Ioritz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in RADDITZ's zone, Jacobo Ihintza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaspar Ioritz came out of the goal and Jacobo Ihintza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacobo Ihintza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Gaspar Ioritz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isidoro Aimar in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gaspar Ioritz saved RADDITZ from getting behind. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isidoro Aimar was the one to do the kick off. If Isidoro Aimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jacobo Ihintza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gaspar Ioritz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. After some careless play in the RADDITZ defense, Jacobo Ihintza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaspar Ioritz. The RADDITZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaspar Ioritz should have stopped the shot. 81 minutes into the game, Tomás Baudelio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RADDITZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Calderilla AFC the free kick. Tomás Baudelio kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After 83 minutes, Maximino Ayala mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Calderilla AFC and the RADDITZ players grew even worse after the yellow card.
