Sabaleros F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Prejun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isidro Cedro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Prejun in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isidro Cedro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Julio Oso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 19 played minutes Sabaleros F.C got a freekick which was hit by Placido Guzman. A collision led to Sabaleros F.C getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Antonio Cordeiro hit a great ball. Delmiro Erroman was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 24th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 28 minutes, Niceto Enetz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sabaleros F.C and the Cafayete players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Sabaleros F.C booed when Cafayete was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeo Urtun didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Paulo Prejun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andres Salvator received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Isidro Cedro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teofilo Hever showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Oso, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Sabaleros F.C's Paulo Prejun slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Isidro Cedro. That made the score 0-2 after 94 minutes of play. Sabaleros F.C played a much better game than Cafayete and deserved their victory. The Cafayete players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
