Desiderio Havier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Cornelio Guerau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Efrain Salomon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornelio Guerau in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 23rd match minute, Pismanta AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulino Fonda to maneuver through the defense. Godofredo Afonso hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute, Paulino Fonda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Pismanta AFC's Cornelio Guerau got a free kick in the 32nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paolo Tabby during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Pismanta AFC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Paolo Tabby hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Ranqueles FC's Godofredo Afonso tried to score from far away in the 37th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The throw-in from Artemio Mateo in the 39th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Pismanta AFC's Astor Arnau. During the 42nd minute of the match Haroldo Claude completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Haroldo Claude a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Haroldo Claude kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After the first half Ranqueles FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Efrain Salomon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornelio Guerau, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The supporters of Pismanta AFC booed when Ranqueles FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Mateo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ranqueles FC's Efrain Salomon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelio Guerau in the 56th minute of play. After 57 minutes of play, Pismanta AFC's Paulino Fonda made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Efrain Salomon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Efrain Salomon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulino Fonda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66thth minute of the game Paulino Fonda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ranqueles FC's Efrain Salomon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paulino Fonda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efrain Salomon having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Cornelio Guerau left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pismanta AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 75 minutes into the match, Ranqueles FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Fonda came free, but Efrain Salomon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Efrain Salomon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Fonda in the 86th minute of the match. Pismanta AFC's Cornelio Guerau got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
