Roque Lekubegi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Oxarra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute, Erasmo Oxarra fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Roque Lekubegi, passed just outside the right post. 11 minutes into the game, Arnoldo Mel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Winifreda FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C. S. Y DEP. ARGENTINO BJ the free kick. Erasmo Oxarra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Roque Lekubegi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. German Martino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the game, German Martino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Roque Lekubegi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. German Martino struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Roque Lekubegi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C. S. Y DEP. ARGENTINO BJ. If Erasmo Oxarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Iker Lazcano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the match, German Martino notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Winifreda FC's Roque Lekubegi. Roque Lekubegi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rigoberto Palban hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Roque Lekubegi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Winifreda FC's zone, German Martino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roque Lekubegi came out of the goal and German Martino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Erasmo Oxarra managed to get in a good position for a shot. C. S. Y DEP. ARGENTINO BJ's supporters rose to their feet, but Erasmo Oxarra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roque Lekubegi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erasmo Oxarra struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Roque Lekubegi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C. S. Y DEP. ARGENTINO BJ. Roque Lekubegi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Palban in the 55th minute of play. Erasmo Oxarra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Lekubegi having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Erasmo Oxarra managed to get in a good position for a shot. C. S. Y DEP. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erasmo Oxarra couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. C. S. Y DEP. ARGENTINO BJ fully deserved thier win.
