Evelio Ibon took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Romeo Bastiaro. Romeo Bastiaro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Romeo Bastiaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evelio Ibon in the 6th minute of play. Huerta's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Epifanio Sesuldo in the 16th minute. Everardo Astrada struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Romeo Bastiaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huerta. Romeo Bastiaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Astrada in the 19th minute of the match. The Huerta fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Huerta's Evelio Ibon looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Romeo Bastiaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Astrada in the 27th minute of the match. Evelio Ibon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Bastiaro having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everardo Astrada in the 31st minute of play forced Rosario es de Central's goalkeeper Romeo Bastiaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romeo Bastiaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evelio Ibon, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Romeo Bastiaro came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Huerta's Evelio Ibon. But to his dismay, Evelio Ibon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Romeo Bastiaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evelio Ibon, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Everardo Astrada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44th minute Evelio Ibon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Bastiaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Everardo Astrada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Everardo Astrada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Bastiaro having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emiliano Matxin was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Rosario es de Central's Romeo Bastiaro got control of the ball when Evelio Ibon tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Everardo Astrada in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romeo Bastiaro saved Rosario es de Central from getting behind. 59 minutes into the match, Rosario es de Central's goal looked a bit too open when Everardo Astrada came free, but Romeo Bastiaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Romeo Bastiaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evelio Ibon in the 62nd minute. If Evelio Ibon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Everardo Astrada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the game, Huerta's Evelio Ibon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Romeo Bastiaro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Romeo Bastiaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Astrada in the 81st minute of play. If Evelio Ibon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Freddy Savier's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Romeo Bastiaro firmly grabbed it by the left post. Evelio Ibon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Romeo Bastiaro made a huge save. Everardo Astrada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Bastiaro having to interfere. The Rosario es de Central fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Huerta were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
