Godfredo Merexildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Hermon in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute Luciano Hermon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godfredo Merexildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Rafael Barea came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Ifrán FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafael Barea couldn't finish the play. In the 30th minute, Rafael Barea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Rafael Barea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ifrán FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafael Barea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Godfredo Merexildo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 33 minutes into the game, Herminio Oihenarte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Borghi AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ifrán FC the free kick. The supporters of Ifrán FC booed when Borghi AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herminio Oihenarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. After taking down the ball on Ifrán FC's corner Basilio Lastur fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Godfredo Merexildo quite easily take care of the ball. If Luciano Hermon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 41 played minutes Ifrán FC got a freekick which was hit by Angelino Colon. Rafael Barea scored 0-1 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Godfredo Merexildo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Borghi AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ifrán FC were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Rafael Barea made the kick off in the second half. After 68 played minutes Rafael Barea rounded Borghi AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. Rafael Barea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Godfredo Merexildo having to make a save. Nestor Admon might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isidoro Olivar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nestor Admon ran back to his position shaking his head. Luciano Hermon struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Godfredo Merexildo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ifrán FC. Godfredo Merexildo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafael Barea went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. 95 minutes into the match, Borghi AFC's goalkeeper Godfredo Merexildo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicanor Tomi. 95 minutes into the game, Nicanor Tomi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5.
