In the 13th minute, Fernan Feo made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Osorio. Fontezuela FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saul Lore during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th match minute, Fefonitos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saul Lore to maneuver through the defense. Marcelino Maurin's late challenge caught a Fontezuela FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcelino Maurin helped the player get up and apologised. Rolando Osorio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernan Feo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the match, Fefonitos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Rolado came free, but Moises Maule reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Alejandro Nabar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Rolando Osorio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernan Feo in the 44th minute of play forced Fontezuela FC's goalkeeper Rolando Osorio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The wind increased when Alejandro Nabar made the kick off in the second half. Fernan Feo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rolando Osorio came out and tried to block the shot, but Fernan Feo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 52nd minute. The supporters of Fefonitos FC booed when Fontezuela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmacio Lluciano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Fontezuela FC's zone, Alejandro Nabar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Osorio came out of the goal and Alejandro Nabar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th minute, Albano Mancio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rolando Osorio made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Alejandro Nabar sent off a good shot on target. After 85 minutes, German Koldo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fontezuela FC and the Fefonitos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. German Koldo kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. When Fernan Feo came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Fefonitos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernan Feo couldn't finish the play. If Fernan Feo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rolando Osorio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Nabar, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Fefonitos FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
