Moises Jesco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Pudes's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Ceferino Belarmo struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Saturnino Tome didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for EL Guenguenchon. 45 minutes into the game, Dionisio Giraldo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ruge F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EL Guenguenchon the free kick. The supporters of EL Guenguenchon booed when Ruge F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dionisio Giraldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute Ceferino Belarmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saturnino Tome saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Ceferino Belarmo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Saturnino Tome was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ceferino Belarmo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Moises Jesco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Pudes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruge F.C.'s Saturnino Tome played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ceferino Belarmo in the 68th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Julian Pudes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Moises Jesco. That made the score 1-2 in the 73 minute of play. After 79 minutes, Honorato Rico mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ruge F.C. and the EL Guenguenchon players grew even worse after the yellow card. Honorato Rico hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Moises Jesco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benicio Eriz in the 83rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benicio Eriz got free with Moises Jesco in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded Ruge F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than EL Guenguenchon.
