After a defensive mix-up in Dr. Forte's zone, Valentin Ralondo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Jerico came out of the goal and Valentin Ralondo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Etchegoyen's Alejandro Mede played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Eneto in the 10th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Dr. Forte's goalkeeper Jacobo Jerico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valentin Ralondo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Narciso Franco in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacobo Jerico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mauro Guilabertus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, Mauro Guilabertus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alejandro Mede was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Dr. Forte's Jacobo Jerico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narciso Franco in the 37th minute of play. Dr. Forte's Jacobo Jerico proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Dr. Forte from getting a goal against them. Dr. Forte's Mauro Guilabertus got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcos Eneto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Mede having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Narciso Franco to make the kick off. Jacobo Jerico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Franco in the 86th minute of the match. Florencio Piarres hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the game, Narciso Franco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jacobo Jerico was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jacobo Jerico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Franco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Etchegoyen fans cheered their team off the field, for while Dr. Forte had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
