The Carhue FC fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Carhue FC's Haroldo Loramendi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 13 played minutes Dolores got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Eneas. Leopoldo Rufio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Loramendi in the 15th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Lucas Frasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Lucas Frasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Fidel Artal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leopoldo Rufio was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Lucas Frasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernabe Otsoa having to interfere. Godfredo Brun charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Godfredo Brun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 45th minute, Christian Dei got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucas Frasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Carhue FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Haroldo Loramendi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leopoldo Rufio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Carhue FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
