Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Remigio Mede kicked off to start the match. After 3 minutes, Pedro Salvadore mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Apayerey AFC and the Gallegos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 3rd match minute, Apayerey AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Salvadore to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 5 minutes, Gaudencio Napier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Apayerey AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaudencio Napier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 8th minute Gaudencio Napier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teo Mundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernan Cordeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teo Mundo having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Apayerey AFC's Gaudencio Napier dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Guido Tercero charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guido Tercero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Guido Tercero hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Apayerey AFC's Bartolo Abechuco broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 30 minutes into the match, Gallegos's goal looked a bit too open when Prospero Karmel came free, but Teo Mundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaudencio Napier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teo Mundo having to interfere. Fernan Cordeiro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Teo Mundo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fernan Cordeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teo Mundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaudencio Napier in the 48th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gaudencio Napier was the one to do the kick off. Gaudencio Napier hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. If Fernan Cordeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 63 minutes, Remigio Mede managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gallegos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remigio Mede was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Teo Mundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaudencio Napier, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernan Cordeiro in the 71st minute of play forced Gallegos's goalkeeper Teo Mundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaudencio Napier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Teo Mundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Apayerey AFC's Fernan Cordeiro got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th minute Jeronimo Abeijon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teo Mundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the game, Paulo Curcio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gallegos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Apayerey AFC the free kick. The supporters of Apayerey AFC booed when Gallegos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Curcio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Fernan Cordeiro notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Gallegos's Teo Mundo. Teo Mundo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fernan Cordeiro took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teo Mundo. Teo Mundo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. When Gaudencio Napier came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Apayerey AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaudencio Napier couldn't finish the play. Apayerey AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
