In the 4th minute Jeronimo Chuse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Anaya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 7 played minutes San Nicolas F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Aquiles Sagrario. Romeo Sauveur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernabe Luken, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The supporters of Club Atlético Huracán booed when San Nicolas F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Naike didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arturo Gimenez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Romeo Sauveur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Atlético Huracán's Arsenio Erasto got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 16 minutes, Romeo Sauveur successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Club Atlético Huracán's Adan Montrel got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Jeronimo Chuse came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the San Nicolas F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeronimo Chuse couldn't finish the play. If Vinicio Jakes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arturo Gimenez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Romeo Sauveur made a huge save. In the 28th match minute, San Nicolas F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonatan Iyan to maneuver through the defense. In the 31stth minute of the game Jeronimo Chuse who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atlético Huracán's Ubaldo Anaya was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Arturo Gimenez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Huracán's supporters rose to their feet, but Arturo Gimenez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romeo Sauveur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adan Montrel to strike the kick off in the second half. Club Atlético Huracán's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Atilano Feliz in the 55th minute. A nice corner shot did that Atilano Feliz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Romeo Sauveur quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Adan Montrel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Romeo Sauveur having to make a save. San Nicolas F.C.'s Romeo Sauveur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Gimenez in the 59th minute of play. Adan Montrel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Arturo Gimenez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vinicio Jakes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 74 minutes, Jeronimo Chuse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Nicolas F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeronimo Chuse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as San Nicolas F.C.'s Vinicio Jakes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ubaldo Anaya. That made the score 0-2 after 79 minutes of play. Adan Montrel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ubaldo Anaya made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Vinicio Jakes sent off a good shot on target. When Vinicio Jakes came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the San Nicolas F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vinicio Jakes couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Club Atlético Huracán booed when San Nicolas F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabricio Reyes didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched San Nicolas F.C. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
