An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Etxeberri in the 40th minute of play forced Club atletico fungi's goalkeeper Celestino Elivareo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 43 minutes, Alonzo Etxeberri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cóndor FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alonzo Etxeberri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomas Unai charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Moises Piearres to make the kick off. Celestino Elivareo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alonzo Etxeberri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnoldo Fliz kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alonzo Etxeberri in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celestino Elivareo saved Club atletico fungi from getting behind. In the 83rd minute Alonzo Etxeberri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celestino Elivareo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moises Piearres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Lehior having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Rogelio Oso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club atletico fungi's supporters rose to their feet, but Rogelio Oso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Lehior breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Rogelio Oso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cóndor FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Club atletico fungi.
