Placido Sotil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo Ekialde having to interfere. When Saul Jaunti came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the LEDESMA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saul Jaunti couldn't finish the play. Placido Sotil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amadeo Benvido might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Modesto Aznaro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amadeo Benvido ran back to his position shaking his head. Saul Jaunti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. LOS MEJORES's Carolo Ekialde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Onofre in the 91st minute of play. The LOS MEJORES fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. LEDESMA FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
