Spectators: 6957 (Terracing: 5457, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vinicio Darien took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Barrial 's Vinicio Darien sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cayetano Cordarrol narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Darien in the 4th minute of play forced Gonnet FC's goalkeeper Cayetano Cordarrol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Leobardo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Laureano Felipillo. Barrial 's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Gaudencio Ibar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gonnet FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaudencio Ibar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laureano Felipillo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Laureano Felipillo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaudencio Ibar's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Gonnet FC's zone, Vinicio Darien stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cayetano Cordarrol came out of the goal and Vinicio Darien tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cayetano Cordarrol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Havier in the 20th minute of play. Gaudencio Ibar charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaudencio Ibar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 22 played minutes Gonnet FC got a freekick which was hit by Gaudencio Ibar. Casimiro Havier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 28th minute, Casimiro Havier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vinicio Darien sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vinicio Darien received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Cayetano Cordarrol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante Leobardo hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. If Vinicio Darien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Gaudencio Ibar made the kick off in the second half. Eusebio Patrido struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Laureano Felipillo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gonnet FC. Eusebio Patrido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Felipillo having to interfere. After having played for 65 minutes, Vinicio Darien managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrial 's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vinicio Darien was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cayetano Cordarrol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinicio Darien in the 74th minute of the match. After 75 minutes, Delmiro Espiridion mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gonnet FC and the Barrial players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 75th match minute, Gonnet FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmiro Espiridion to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the match, Gaudencio Ibar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Laureano Felipillo. Barrial 's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaudencio Ibar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Casimiro Havier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cayetano Cordarrol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinicio Darien, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Gonnet FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Delmiro Espiridion hit a great ball. 91 minutes in the game, Vinicio Darien fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Cayetano Cordarrol having to interfere. Casimiro Havier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Cayetano Cordarrol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
