Spectators: 7265 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 100) Algarrobal FC's Godfredo Ubarna started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Algarrobal FC's goalkeeper Anacleto Baumar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hilario Galsino. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anacleto Baumar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Godfredo Ubarna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute Fabio Emmanuel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Baumar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anacleto Baumar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Emmanuel in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Elizardo in the 28th minute of play forced Algarrobal FC's goalkeeper Anacleto Baumar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Algarrobal FC's Anacleto Baumar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Elizardo in the 33rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Angelo Sal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Algarrobal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelo Sal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eustacio Nalo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Godfredo Ubarna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabio Emmanuel was the one to do the kick off. Anacleto Baumar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hilario Galsino in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Godfredo Ubarna reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eustacio Nalo. The goal made the score 0-1. If Fabio Emmanuel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute, Javier Beremundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anacleto Baumar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Emmanuel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the match, Algarrobal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Esteban Nuno came free, but Anacleto Baumar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anacleto Baumar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Nuno in the 81st minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Algarrobal FC's Godfredo Ubarna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eustacio Nalo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eustacio Nalo was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Angelo Sal capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Angelo Sal really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. In the 92nd minute of the match Rodrigo Vellito sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anacleto Baumar skillfully saved the ball.
