Anier Rolado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaston Chorache's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Amadeo Geleberto's late challenge caught a Camiñaga AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amadeo Geleberto helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th match minute, Luxardo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeo Geleberto to maneuver through the defense. If Gaston Chorache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Amadeo Geleberto came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Luxardo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amadeo Geleberto couldn't finish the play. Cleto Jaunzuria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Adolfo Cortez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cleto Jaunzuria was extremely unlucky when he, in the 37th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Cleto Jaunzuria struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Adolfo Cortez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Luxardo AFC. A hard shot 42 in the game by Amadeo Geleberto from a close distance when the talented Adolfo Cortez managed to make a qualified save. Camiñaga AFC's players were relieved. Adolfo Cortez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleto Jaunzuria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luxardo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeo Geleberto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adolfo Cortez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cleto Jaunzuria stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Luxardo AFC booed when Camiñaga AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Maura didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Luxardo AFC's Amadeo Geleberto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adolfo Cortez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Camiñaga AFC's zone, Amadeo Geleberto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolfo Cortez came out of the goal and Amadeo Geleberto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cleto Jaunzuria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Adolfo Cortez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Amadeo Geleberto fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. Fulgencio Quirce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Rolado having to interfere. The supporters of Camiñaga AFC booed when Luxardo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severiano Eate didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adolfo Cortez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Jaunzuria in the 94th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Geleberto in the 96th minute of play forced Camiñaga AFC's goalkeeper Adolfo Cortez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luxardo AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
