Silvestre Abarca ran back to his position shaking his head. 27 minutes into the match, Warnes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Ubarna came free, but Uriel Ospin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 30 minutes, Cleto Emenon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Social El Palomar and the Warnes FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Warnes FC booed when Club Social El Palomar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cleto Emenon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gerardo Fagondo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mariano Jerrold. Tiburcio Balesio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Uriel Ospin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elpidio Salbatore scored 2-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Uriel Ospin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Cesar Ubarna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cesar Ubarna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Warnes FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
