Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 50) Santurce's Mauro Petrigai started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Julio Dantel kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. The supporters of Santurce booed when Chaguaral FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Dantel didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Chaguaral FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Delmiro Erramu hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bonifacio Arnas got free with Arnulfo Manni in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ismael Peio kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 14thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Chaguaral FC's keeper Arnulfo Manni was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Ismael Peio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Arnulfo Manni when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 18thth minute of the game Mauro Petrigai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chaguaral FC's Arnulfo Manni was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ismael Peio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Arnulfo Manni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes into the game, Alvaro Felipillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chaguaral FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Santurce the free kick. A collision led to Chaguaral FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Alvaro Felipillo hit a great ball. Mauro Petrigai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Mauro Petrigai came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Santurce fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauro Petrigai couldn't finish the play. When Santurce's Mauro Petrigai in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chaguaral FC's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 34 minutes, Julio Dantel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chaguaral FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julio Dantel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ismael Peio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Arnulfo Manni when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
The wind increased when Delmiro Erramu made the kick off in the second half. Arnulfo Manni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Peio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Mauro Petrigai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnulfo Manni didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ismael Peio went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Severiano Lucero charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severiano Lucero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Santurce getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Severiano Lucero hit a great ball. Arnulfo Manni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Petrigai in the 71st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Mauro Petrigai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santurce's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauro Petrigai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnulfo Manni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 75thth minute of the game Mauro Petrigai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chaguaral FC's Arnulfo Manni was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Mauro Petrigai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Delmiro Erramu hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. When Santurce's Ismael Peio in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the referee ended the match the Santurce players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
