With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcial Barros in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nemesio Opilano saved Siberia from getting behind. In the 35th minute Conrado Millan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Bemabe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Siberia's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Marcial Barros 36 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Benedicto Baleren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Jorge Bemabe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nemesio Opilano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcial Barros in the 90th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Alfonso AFC had won after a very even match.
