Nereo Nuñez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Jaime Quinton made a huge save. Nereo Nuñez might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jaime Quinton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nereo Nuñez ran back to his position shaking his head. Nereo Nuñez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Jaime Quinton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Juan Goiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. Deportivo Pami's Ramiro Rosalio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Indar in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Juan Goiz was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Nuñez in the 58th minute of play forced Bouvier's goalkeeper Jaime Quinton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cesar Dabi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Ramiro Rosalio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute Aurelio Niva collided with an opponent which caused him a fractured collar bone. After 76 minutes, Edgardo Oroitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bouvier and the Deportivo Pami players grew even worse after the yellow card. Edgardo Oroitz kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 79th minute Nereo Nuñez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Quinton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Goiz couldn't finish the play. In the 99th minute, Nereo Nuñez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There was no doubt that Deportivo Pami were the better team. Deportivo Pami's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
