JoseArgentino's Hermengildo Lia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Sidoro in the 16th minute of play. Alejandro Bernaldo hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, Camilo Bihar sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Bouwer AFC's Fabian Ofelio didn't even have to move. Jaime Martxot charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jaime Martxot the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jaime Martxot hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Hilario Fernanco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Ofelio having to interfere. Maximiliano Telesforo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Fabian Ofelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hilario Fernanco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Ofelio having to interfere. In the 39thth minute of the game Hilario Fernanco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bouwer AFC's Fabian Ofelio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. C.A. JoseArgentino's Hermengildo Lia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save C.A. JoseArgentino from getting a goal against them. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Sidoro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomero Pere in the 57th minute of play forced C.A. JoseArgentino's goalkeeper Hermengildo Lia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th match minute, C.A. JoseArgentino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvano Frisco to maneuver through the defense. When Abel Koldo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 62 minutes had been played. The supporters of C.A. JoseArgentino booed when Bouwer AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Sidoro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabian Ofelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Telesforo in the 84th minute of the match. A collision led to C.A. JoseArgentino getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Jaime Martxot hit a great ball. If Hilario Fernanco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 96 minutes, Maximiliano Telesforo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. JoseArgentino's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Telesforo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Bouwer AFC's zone, Hilario Fernanco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Ofelio came out of the goal and Hilario Fernanco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. C.A. JoseArgentino were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
