Spectators: 6732 (Terracing: 5051, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 0) Drink Team Fc.'s Christian Loiola started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Albano Iraido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Frances in the 6th minute of play. Albano Iraido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Esdras in the 13th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Pascual Tino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Albano Iraido. Drink Team Fc.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pascual Tino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Christian Loiola came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Drink Team Fc. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Loiola couldn't finish the play. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Botija's goalkeeper Hugo Gaufred, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Albano Iraido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascual Tino in the 25th minute of play. Ramiro Franco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Hugo Gaufred made a huge save. Drink Team Fc.'s Albano Iraido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Esdras in the 33rd minute of play. Pascual Tino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Albano Iraido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albano Iraido stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aaron Esdras's shot from short distance in the 39th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aaron Esdras was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Drink Team Fc. getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Ramiro Franco hit a great ball. If Aaron Esdras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Drink Team Fc.'s Albano Iraido got control of the ball when Pascual Tino tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Botija's zone, Marciano Quilino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Gaufred came out of the goal and Marciano Quilino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th match minute, Botija was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Frances to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Drink Team Fc.'s Ildefonso Otsoa got a free kick in the 64th minute. After 69 played minutes Drink Team Fc. got a freekick which was hit by Severino Francesco. In the 70th minute of the match Cristobal Damario shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Albano Iraido showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hugo Gaufred made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Loiola in the 72nd minute of play. Aaron Esdras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Albano Iraido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 77 played minutes Drink Team Fc. got a freekick which was hit by Dario Peru. Albano Iraido made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Pascual Tino sent off a good shot on target. If Marciano Quilino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Loiola in the 90th minute of play forced Botija's goalkeeper Hugo Gaufred to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albano Iraido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Esdras in the 94th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Drink Team Fc.'s zone, Aaron Esdras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albano Iraido came out of the goal and Aaron Esdras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Botija supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Botija would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
