In the 3rd minute, Niceto Txurio fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Junín FC's goalkeeper Gaspar Endira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, Benigno Emesto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaspar Endira. Junín FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benigno Emesto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 18 minutes into the match, Central Huesca's Horacio Costante sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gaspar Endira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Benigno Emesto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benigno Emesto was extremely unlucky when he, in the 38th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Dalmacio Bartolome charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dalmacio Bartolome the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dalmacio Bartolome hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After having played for 43 minutes, Mauro Firman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Junín FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauro Firman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benigno Emesto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Horacio Costante struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Gaspar Endira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Central Huesca. After a defensive mix-up in Central Huesca's zone, Leopoldo Rioja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damian Manilan came out of the goal and Leopoldo Rioja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benigno Emesto might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gaspar Endira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benigno Emesto ran back to his position shaking his head. Gaspar Endira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benigno Emesto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Junín FC's Gaspar Endira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Txurio in the 72nd minute of play. If Benigno Emesto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Horacio Costante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Junín FC's zone, Niceto Txurio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaspar Endira came out of the goal and Niceto Txurio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Benigno Emesto put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gaspar Endira. Central Huesca's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
