The the xeneise jr fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when the xeneise jr's Aldo Louis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. In the 32nd minute Isaac Fortun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebio Ceandro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Evarado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Ceandro having to interfere. Eusebio Ceandro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Fortun in the 35th minute of the match. Sixto Roldanillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aldo Louis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Fulgencio Abascal when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sixto Roldanillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, the xeneise jr's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Marcos Evarado fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Pastor Remir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind the xeneise jr's goalkeeper Eusebio Ceandro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arenal FC's Fulgencio Abascal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Louis in the 60th minute of play. Arenal FC's Fulgencio Abascal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Louis in the 70th minute of play. Fulgencio Abascal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sixto Elivareo went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 84 minutes, Isaac Fortun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arenal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaac Fortun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Aldo Louis managed to get in a good position for a shot. the xeneise jr's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Louis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fulgencio Abascal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Arenal FC's goalkeeper Fulgencio Abascal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eusebio Ceandro made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Isaac Fortun sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Louis in the 96th minute of play forced Arenal FC's goalkeeper Fulgencio Abascal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arenal FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
