After 39 played minutes LaGaryneta got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Sotil. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonardo Raitin in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saul Benvide saved Nombre Corto from getting behind. If Guillermo Abaurre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonardo Raitin to make the kick off. LaGaryneta's Ramiro Sotil got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
