Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sergio Jenaro got the match started through his kick off. After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Carpintería! The goalkeeper, Vladimiro Telo, was totally fooled by Petronila AFC's Gavino Furman, who 6 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 13th minute, Niceto Danel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Sergio Jenaro sped through Petronila AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leonides Bento. 22 minutes into the match, Carpintería's goal looked a bit too open when Cleto Che came free, but Vladimiro Telo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonides Bento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Jenaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After 34 played minutes Petronila AFC got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Calisto. In the 35th minute, Igor Napier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carpintería's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Danilo Admon in the 38th minute. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Cleto Che took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Vladimiro Telo to make any attempt to save it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cleto Che stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Cleto Che shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimiro Telo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Sergio Jenaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the match, Cleto Che notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Carpintería's Vladimiro Telo. Vladimiro Telo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 67 minutes, Sergio Jenaro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carpintería's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sergio Jenaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Esteban Lixandro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonides Bento having to interfere. Sergio Jenaro spun around in front of the goal 72 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Petronila AFC's goal. In the 75th minute, Cleto Che got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 81 minutes into the game, Sebastian Birila was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carpintería's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Petronila AFC the free kick. A collision led to Carpintería getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Sebastian Birila hit a great ball. In the 82nd minute of the match Gavino Furman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vladimiro Telo skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Carpintería's zone, Cleto Che stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vladimiro Telo came out of the goal and Cleto Che tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Igor Napier might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vladimiro Telo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Igor Napier ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Napier in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vladimiro Telo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Carpintería had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
