Spectators: 7234 (Terracing: 5427, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) Santos Inc.'s Blas Hulberto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the game, Angel Oto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Santos Inc.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esther the free kick. Angel Oto kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. When Camilo Papo came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Esther fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Camilo Papo couldn't finish the play. Angel Oto kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Santos Inc.'s Siro Baristo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Papo in the 6th minute of play. Angel Oto hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Arnas in the 14th minute of play forced Santos Inc.'s goalkeeper Siro Baristo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 minutes, Daniel Txatxu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Santos Inc. and the Esther players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 15 played minutes Santos Inc. got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Txatxu. Siro Baristo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vicente Arnas went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Camilo Papo in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Siro Baristo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vicente Arnas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siro Baristo having to interfere. In the 34th match minute, Santos Inc. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Txatxu to maneuver through the defense. Erasmo Chuse made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Pablo Chan sent off a good shot on target. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Vicente Arnas made the kick off in the second half. If Vicente Arnas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 53 minutes into the game, Vicente Arnas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Siro Baristo. Vicente Arnas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. 58 minutes into the match, Santos Inc.'s goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Arnas came free, but Siro Baristo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angel Oto kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Camilo Papo scored 0-5 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Siro Baristo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vicente Arnas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Siro Baristo having to make a save. With his leg Siro Baristo managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when Esther's Camilo Papo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Through an outstanding action, after 81 minutes, Siro Baristo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Santos Inc.'s goalkeeper couldn't reach when Vicente Arnas 84 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-7. Ismael Porfiro's late challenge caught a Esther's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ismael Porfiro helped the player get up and apologised. After 89 played minutes Santos Inc. got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Porfiro. Camilo Papos short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Siro Baristo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the final whistle sounded Esther left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Santos Inc..
