Conrado Aztore breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Agustin Maldonado fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lumbrera FC's protests and gave Agustin Maldonado a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Show No Mercy's Sergio Baumer got a free kick in the 11th minute. Conrado Aztore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gualterio Galo in the 14th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Show No Mercy's goal looked a bit too open when Gualterio Galo came free, but Conrado Aztore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Justino Emeterio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Prudencio Abilio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Justino Emeterio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prudencio Abilio having to interfere. Conrado Aztore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualterio Galo in the 23rd minute of play. When Justino Emeterio came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Show No Mercy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Justino Emeterio couldn't finish the play. Gualterio Galo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrado Aztore having to interfere. Lumbrera FC's Luisito Olentzaro got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Conrado Aztore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito Olentzaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. When Lumbrera FC's Gualterio Galo in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But to his dismay, Luisito Olentzaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Conrado Aztore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito Olentzaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gualterio Galo made a kick off. If Gualterio Galo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Luisito Olentzaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Show No Mercy booed when Lumbrera FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualterio Galo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Show No Mercy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Justino Emeterio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 81 played minutes Lumbrera FC got a freekick which was hit by Agustin Maldonado. After 86 minutes of play Lumbrera FC's Agustin Maldonado was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 88th match minute, Lumbrera FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualterio Galo to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute of the match Honorio Libertad sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Prudencio Abilio skillfully saved the ball. When Sergio Baumer fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Luisito Olentzaro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 98thth minute, Conrado Aztore skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a little luck, Show No Mercy's Conrado Aztore got control of the ball when Eustaquio Cristofol tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Lumbrera FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
