If Apolo Mannuel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Futbol Champagne booed when Esquel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Rudolfo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Braulio Isauro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejandro Kemen in the 13th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Esquel's zone, Alejandro Kemen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Braulio Isauro came out of the goal and Alejandro Kemen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th minute, Apolo Mannuel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Futbol Champagne fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Apolo Mannuel scored 0-2 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Braulio Isauro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Braulio Isauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Mannuel in the 31st minute of play. Alejandro Kemen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Braulio Isauro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Apolo Mannuel in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Braulio Isauro saved Esquel from getting behind. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Apolo Mannuel was the one to do the kick off. Alejandro Kemen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Braulio Isauro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Braulio Isauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Mannuel in the 54th minute of play. Apolo Mannuel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Futbol Champagne's Fabio Umea got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Esquel's Silverio Martinez got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Silverio Martinez hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, Jonas Rudolfo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Braulio Isauro made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Alejandro Kemen sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apolo Mannuel in the 71st minute of play forced Esquel's goalkeeper Braulio Isauro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silverio Martinez fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 79th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Braulio Isauro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Mannuel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Apolo Mannuel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonas Distiratsu charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonas Distiratsu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jonas Distiratsu kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 0-3 became the score in the 95th minute when Alejandro Kemen elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Futbol Champagne walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
