Segundo Mon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 7 minutes into the match, Corcovado FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jimeno Weterio came free, but Jimeno Txurio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Colon de Santa Fe getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Haroldo Leoncio hit a great ball. Horacio Santio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Bernal in the 14th minute of play. Feliberto Iraitz hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Colon de Santa Fe's Ulises Ipar quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Bruno Porfiro, made in the 21st minute of the game. 26 minutes into the match, Segundo Mon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Horacio Santio, 2-0. A collision led to Colon de Santa Fe getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Haroldo Leoncio hit a great ball. Danilo Lohitzun lost his temper 33 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 33 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Colon de Santa Fe! Antonio Salomone placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 37th match minute, Colon de Santa Fe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Leoncio to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Corcovado FC booed when Colon de Santa Fe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Ermengol didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Colon de Santa Fe defense, Arnoldo Nataniel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Horacio Santio. The Colon de Santa Fe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horacio Santio should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

In the 58th minute Arnoldo Nataniel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horacio Santio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Corcovado FC's David Bernal in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Colon de Santa Fe's goalie prevented a goal. 78 minutes into the match, Segundo Mon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Horacio Santio. Colon de Santa Fe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Segundo Mon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Corcovado FC had played much better football throughout.
