An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Bidari in the 21st minute of play forced Ensenada FC's goalkeeper Antonio Montay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonio Montay made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Santiago Tab sent off a good shot on target. Enzo Enekoitz hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 32nd match minute, Ensenada FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Dalmai to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 35th minute of the game. One of Ensenada FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vera:s goal. The goalkeeper, Antonio Montay, was totally fooled by Vera's Omar Lain, who 36 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Ensenada FC's Antonio Montay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Bidari in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Bidari in the 43rd minute of play forced Ensenada FC's goalkeeper Antonio Montay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baltasar Xabat during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th match minute, Ensenada FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baltasar Xabat to maneuver through the defense. If Santiago Tab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 54 played minutes, Ensenada FC's Higinio Cisco shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eustaquio Petri came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ensenada FC reached it. Santiago Tab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute Saul Bidari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Montay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot by Efrain Dalmai from long distance, 70 minutes into the match, got Eustaquio Petri's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 74 minutes into the match, Cirilo Lorenz notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Ensenada FC's Antonio Montay. Antonio Montay was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 84 minutes into the match, Santiago Tab had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antonio Montay. Ensenada FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santiago Tab was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0.
