Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Orlando Sagrario in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florencio Haritz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 23 minutes into the match, Orlando Sagrario had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florencio Haritz. Deportivo Casino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orlando Sagrario was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Dante Vela's late challenge caught a Mamaguita's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dante Vela helped the player get up and apologised. After 27 played minutes Deportivo Casino got a freekick which was hit by Dante Vela. In the 28th minute of the match Aldo Vincente shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Florencio Haritz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, Mamaguita's Vicente Gerazan got control of the ball when Aristides Kemen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Florencio Haritz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Gentza in the 32nd minute of play. In the 35th minute Orlando Sagrario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florencio Haritz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orlando Sagrario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Florencio Haritz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deportivo Casino's Florencio Haritz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Gentza in the 43rd minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Mauro Gentza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Florencio Haritz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Orlando Sagrario stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Orlando Sagrario struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Mauro Gentza could shoot a difficult shot in the 87th minute, which Florencio Haritz however easily saved by the left post. Mauro Gentza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florencio Haritz having to interfere. After having played for 90 minutes, Orlando Sagrario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mamaguita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Sagrario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauro Gentza got free with Florencio Haritz in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 93 minutes into the match, Deportivo Casino's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Sagrario came free, but Florencio Haritz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mamaguita's Mauro Gentza got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mamaguita's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
