The audience thought a goal was coming when Honorato Jerold got free with Alejandro Avellaneda in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 31 minutes into the match, Isotopos de Sprinfield's Jimeno Inautzi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alejandro Avellaneda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alejandro Avellaneda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimeno Inautzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jacobo Jesco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jimeno Inautzi made a kick off. The supporters of Isotopos de Sprinfield booed when F.I. Notre Dame was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abelardo Iratxo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Pedro Herena sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and F.I. Notre Dame's Alejandro Avellaneda didn't even have to move. Abelardo Iratxo charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abelardo Iratxo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pedro Herena took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alejandro Avellaneda. F.I. Notre Dame's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Honorato Jerold sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eulalio Quilo kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. The Isotopos de Sprinfield supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching F.I. Notre Dame's performance. The match ended with a win for F.I.
