The referee ignored C. A. Central Córdoba's protests and gave Jakub Moučka a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute, Jakub Moučka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Montiel's zone, Leopoldo Pereyra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Rocendo came out of the goal and Leopoldo Pereyra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dante Rocendo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 25th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. In the 29th minute, Leopoldo Pereyra made a precise shot to the right of Dante Rocendo. Montiel's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in C. A. Central Córdoba's zone, Fidel Sabin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sefa Yiğithan came out of the goal and Fidel Sabin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jakub Moučka in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Rocendo saved Montiel from getting behind. In the 44th minute, Ceferino Herensuge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Rocendo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Angelino Matteo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iker Chuan in the 47th minute of play forced Montiel's goalkeeper Dante Rocendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jakub Moučka stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dante Rocendo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakub Moučka in the 52nd minute of the match. Leopoldo Pereyra scored 3-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Rocendo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dante Rocendo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakub Moučka, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. C. A. Central Córdoba fully deserved thier win.
