The audience thought a goal was coming when Generoso Bordat got free with Enrique Kimetz in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 94 minutes into the match, Maquito AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Jakobe came free, but Efrain Lehen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Maquito AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
