After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Primitivo Hernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rústicos Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Primitivo Hernandez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eloy Tohias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ricardo Martino was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Angelino Montrel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Angelino Montrel really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Angelino Montrel struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Ricardo Martino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tholem FC. Eloy Rencio took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Martino. Ricardo Martino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgard Igon in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eloy Tohias saved Tholem FC from getting behind. Tholem FC's Eloy Tohias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Tholem FC from getting a goal against them. Edgard Igon was extremely unlucky when he, in the 69th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 71 minutes into the match, Tholem FC's Angelino Montrel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ricardo Martino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 77th match minute, Rústicos Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by German Gagriel to maneuver through the defense. Angelino Montrel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Martino having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Primitivo Hernandez got free with Eloy Tohias in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eloy Rencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Rústicos Club players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tholem FC.
