Spectators: 5100 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Baltasar Tiso started the match with the kick off. Hipolito Taurino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arturo Cristofol read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Sanavirones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Perez came free, but Alvaro James reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvaro James showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baltasar Tiso, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 11thth minute of the game Uriel Indar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Picantes FC's Arturo Cristofol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sanavirones FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Genaro Llorenc in the 14th minute. The corner led Sanavirones FC's Genaro Llorenc to fire away a dangerous shot which Arturo Cristofol despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some careless play in the Picantes FC defense, Uriel Indar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arturo Cristofol. The Picantes FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arturo Cristofol should have stopped the shot. Benjamin Perez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro James having to interfere. If Delmar Vimaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baltasar Tiso in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alvaro James, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 36 minutes into the game, Baltasar Tiso recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alvaro James. Baltasar Tiso showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Benjamin Perez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hipolito Taurino was the one to do the kick off. Alvaro James showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltasar Tiso in the 54th minute of the match. Uriel Indar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Arturo Cristofol when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Uriel Indar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Uriel Indar took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arturo Cristofol. Arturo Cristofol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Baltasar Tiso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Alvaro James tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uriel Indar got free with Arturo Cristofol in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Sanavirones FC's Zacarias Acosta got a free kick in the 78th minute. After having played for 79 minutes, Benjamin Perez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Picantes FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Perez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alvaro James made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Tiso in the 81st minute of play. If Hipolito Taurino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alvaro James showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltasar Tiso in the 90th minute of the match. After having played for 96 minutes, Baltasar Tiso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Picantes FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baltasar Tiso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
