In the 16th match minute, Icaro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ambrosio Deunoro to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 19 minutes, Roman Darien managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carril FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roman Darien was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roman Darien sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wilfredo Claude kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Carril FC's zone, Segundo Enetz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Quirze came out of the goal and Segundo Enetz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Segundo Enetz hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute Wilfredo Claude shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teofilo Esdras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ambrosio Deunoro was shown his second yellow card after 40 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Ambrosio Deunoro hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Gaudencio Toro kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Esteban Bladi to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Esteban Bladi notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Carril FC's Pedro Quirze. Pedro Quirze was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 58 minutes into the match, Carril FC's goalkeeper Pedro Quirze had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Esteban Bladi. Pedro Quirze made an important save on a dangerous shot by Esteban Bladi in the 59th minute. If Roman Darien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Carril FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
