After 27 played minutes Gallo FC got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Clementi. After a defensive mix-up in Gallo FC's zone, Segundo Enetz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saul Sustrai came out of the goal and Segundo Enetz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 31st minute, Ovidio Napier fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Teofilo Esdras, passed just outside the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Ovidio Napier kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Teofilo Esdras. That made the score 2-0 in the 33 minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ovidio Napier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Anastasio Neron who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Icaro's Teofilo Esdras was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Icaro's goalkeeper Teofilo Esdras, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Esteban Bladi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Segundo Enetz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saul Sustrai having to interfere. When Rodrigo Normando fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gallo FC's protests and gave Rodrigo Normando a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Icaro booed when Gallo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Normando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Segundo Enetz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saul Sustrai having to interfere. Ovidio Napier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelo Natanael kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Teofilo Esdras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anastasio Neron in the 73rd minute of play. After having played for 86 minutes, Anastasio Neron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gallo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anastasio Neron was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Esteban Bladi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Icaro's Teofilo Esdras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidio Napier in the 96th minute of play. In the 96th minute, Ovidio Napier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teofilo Esdras was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0.
