But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hipolito Eriz couldn't finish the play. Edgardo Piarres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Formerio having to interfere. Ladislao Henry kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Prudencio Harri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 8 minutes into the match, Valentin Mikeldi sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Romeo Formerio threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Valentin Mikeldi this time. 9 minutes into the game, Ladislao Henry was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dorrego Football Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mukaku FC the free kick. In the 9th minute, Ladislao Henry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mukaku FC's Eustaquio Virila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Maldonado in the 14th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Jeronimo Urtzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mukaku FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dorrego Football Club the free kick. The supporters of Dorrego Football Club booed when Mukaku FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeronimo Urtzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Arturo Chus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Dorrego Football Club's Romeo Formerio got control of the ball when Hipolito Eriz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 30 minutes, Godofredo Maldonado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dorrego Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Godofredo Maldonado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romeo Formerio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cosme Laffitte. Mukaku FC's Eustaquio Virila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Maldonado in the 37th minute of play. Hipolito Eriz succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 39th playminute. With an all-out effort, Mukaku FC's Romeo Formerio threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Edgardo Piarres, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Romeo Formerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgardo Piarres in the 44th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, Mukaku FC's Edgardo Piarres sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Romeo Formerio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Godofredo Maldonado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Edgardo Piarres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Romeo Formerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Hipolito Eriz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mukaku FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hipolito Eriz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romeo Formerio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romeo Formerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hipolito Eriz, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. If Hipolito Eriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Mukaku FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Anacleto Claus hit a great ball. Eustaquio Virila acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 92nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Eduardo Remir. For all the effort they put into the match, the Dorrego Football Club players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Mukaku FC.
