Ambrosio Deunoro kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Icaro's Teofilo Esdras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Nazario in the 8th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Bruno Nazario notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Icaro's Teofilo Esdras. Teofilo Esdras was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Bruno Nazario's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teofilo Esdras was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. In the 18th minute, Ivan Firmin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Bruno Nazario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvano Blanco kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 35th minute Aquilino Perrando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teofilo Esdras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Acevedo's Isaac Tipi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Enetz in the 36th minute of play. With a little luck, Acevedo's Isaac Tipi got control of the ball when Ambrosio Deunoro tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Segundo Enetz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Firmin kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Enetz in the 44th minute of play forced Acevedo's goalkeeper Isaac Tipi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the game, Icaro's Esteban Bladi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isaac Tipi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aquilino Perrando stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Segundo Enetz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Acevedo's zone, Segundo Enetz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaac Tipi came out of the goal and Segundo Enetz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teofilo Esdras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquilino Perrando, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcos Orlondo during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 58 played minutes Icaro got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Orlondo. Bruno Nazario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Acevedo's Bruno Nazario sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teofilo Esdras narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aquilino Perrando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo Esdras having to interfere. If Esteban Bladi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Segundo Enetz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Esteban Bladi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Isaac Tipi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Segundo Enetz in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isaac Tipi saved Acevedo from getting behind. Isaac Tipi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Bladi in the 79th minute of the match. Segundo Enetz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aquilino Perrando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo Esdras having to interfere. Alonzo Salomon, 95 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
