Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ermegildo Canor kicked off to start the match. Lisandro Ovando's late challenge caught a Gallo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lisandro Ovando helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, General Paz Juniors's Santo Tiso got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute, Ovidio Napier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Filomeno Cordera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastasio Neron, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. If Bernabe Clemencin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ermegildo Canor kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 21stth minute. Though ot was a great shot Gallo FC's keeper Saul Sustrai was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Saul Sustrai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ermegildo Canor in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute, Bernabe Clemencin fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 27 minutes into the match, Gallo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabe Clemencin came free, but Saul Sustrai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. General Paz Juniors's Filomeno Cordera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidio Napier in the 29th minute of play. After 31 minutes, Anastasio Neron mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gallo FC and the General Paz Juniors players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Gallo FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Cirilo Primeiro hit a great ball. Saul Sustrai was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bernabe Clemencin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 35 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidio Napier in the 42nd minute of play forced General Paz Juniors's goalkeeper Filomeno Cordera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ovidio Napier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Saul Sustrai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Canor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. General Paz Juniors's Santo Tiso got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ermegildo Canor struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Saul Sustrai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for General Paz Juniors. 57 minutes into the match, General Paz Juniors's Ermegildo Canor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Saul Sustrai narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee felt a red card was in order, 66 minutes into the game, when Lisandro Ovando put in a rough tackle. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for General Paz Juniors! Filomeno Cordera came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Gallo FC's Anastasio Neron. But to his dismay, Anastasio Neron quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Gallo FC's Anastasio Neron slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Filomeno Cordera. That made the score 2-2 after 74 minutes of play. Saul Sustrai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Tiso in the 78th minute of the match. Ermegildo Canor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Saul Sustrai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 89 played minutes, Gallo FC's Cirilo Primeiro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Filomeno Cordera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gallo FC reached it. After a rather tough play, Gallo FC's Paulino Bastia got a free kick in the 90th minute. Saul Sustrai came out of the goal in the 100th minute to try and stop a shot by General Paz Juniors's Ermegildo Canor. But to his dismay, Ermegildo Canor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. General Paz Juniors's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
