River Plate's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Nisio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Domingos Pacifico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 19 minutes into the match, Loreto's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelino Santos came free, but Domingos Pacifico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelino Santos in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Domingos Pacifico saved Loreto from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelino Santos in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingos Pacifico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Domingos Pacifico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelino Santos in the 26th minute of the match. Mario Garin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eusebio Gergori showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 30 minute of play. Octavio Tohias hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After 35 played minutes Loreto got a freekick which was hit by Fernan Urtsin. Mario Garin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Gergori in the 86th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Eusebio Gergori notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of River Plate's Mario Garin. Mario Garin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Loreto's Domingos Pacifico got control of the ball when Marcelino Santos tried to sneak it across the goal line.
