In the 12th minute, Rolando Horado sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Cebollar AFC's Arturo Lope didn't even have to move. In the 16th minute Danilo Polo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Ugaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anacleto Dayam kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Arturo Lope made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Teodoro Caradaro sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Cebollar AFC's Arturo Lope got control of the ball when Teodoro Caradaro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rigoberto Franco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodoro Caradaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Arturo Lope made a huge save. Danilo Polo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Tomas Ugaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gladiadores F.C's Teodoro Caradaro got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rigoberto Franco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Lope having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodoro Caradaro got free with Arturo Lope in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramiro Erauso in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomas Ugaitz saved Gladiadores F.C from getting behind. Ramiro Erauso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Rigoberto Franco made the kick off in the second half. Gladiadores F.C's Tomas Ugaitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Gladiadores F.C from getting a goal against them. Tomas Ugaitz made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Ramiro Erauso sent off a good shot on target. Narciso Botello charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Narciso Botello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mario Sancho kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Ramiro Erauso notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Gladiadores F.C's Tomas Ugaitz. Tomas Ugaitz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Rigoberto Franco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Cebollar AFC's zone, Aureliano Enmanuel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arturo Lope came out of the goal and Aureliano Enmanuel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th minute, Rigoberto Franco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arturo Lope was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Arturo Lope showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Caradaro in the 83rd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Cebollar AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Franco came free, but Arturo Lope reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th match minute, Cebollar AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustaquio Feliz to maneuver through the defense. The Cebollar AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cebollar AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
