El Fortin's supporters rose to their feet, but Vladimiro Chuse was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mario Cordera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 68th minute of the match Gabriel Pacho sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mario Cordera skillfully saved the ball. Mario Cordera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladimiro Chuse in the 71st minute of play. After 73 minutes of play, El Fortin's Serafin Txartiko made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mario Cordera was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimiro Chuse in the 75th minute of play forced Naranjito FC's goalkeeper Mario Cordera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
