When the match had been going on for 9 minutes, Peaky Blinders's Baltasar Eron got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Eliseo Nuno. If Higinio Brion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Prudencio Silban took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Danel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Justo Musko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Higinio Brion in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eliseo Nuno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Ringuelet's zone, Justo Musko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliseo Nuno came out of the goal and Justo Musko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eliseo Nuno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Higinio Brion's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Ringuelet's Eliseo Nuno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Brion in the 35th minute of play. Aaron Jakobe charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Jakobe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Peaky Blinders fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Ringuelet a penalty, 48 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Julio Fe, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Peaky Blinders's Prudencio Silban. 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mateo Oidor was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Peaky Blinders's Benito Rafe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eliseo Nuno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mario Danel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Prudencio Silban having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Oidor in the 60th minute of play forced Peaky Blinders's goalkeeper Prudencio Silban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute of the match Alonzo Gaskon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Prudencio Silban showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 67 played minutes Peaky Blinders got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Jakobe. When Mateo Oidor came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Ringuelet fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mateo Oidor couldn't finish the play. After 78 minutes, Benito Rafe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Peaky Blinders and the Ringuelet players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mario Danel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Higinio Brion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliseo Nuno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justo Musko in the 86th minute of play. Higinio Brion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseo Nuno having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Ringuelet's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Brion came free, but Eliseo Nuno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Higinio Brion's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eliseo Nuno was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Ringuelet's zone, Benito Rafe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliseo Nuno came out of the goal and Benito Rafe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
